Hammer crusher is used to crush mid-hardness and weak corrosive materials, whose compressive strength is under 100 Mpa, and water ratio is less than 15%. Hammer mill possesses qualities of simple structure, large reduction ratio and high-efficiency. 

Application of our hammer mill (hammer crusher)

Hammer mill is applicable for both dry and wet crushing.It is widely used in mine, cement, coal, building material, metallurgy, chemical industry, road construction, gas chemical industry and thermal power generation, etc. Coal gangue, coke, slag, limestone, phosphate rock, salt, whiting, gypsum stains, alum, brick and tile, etc. can be crushed by this equipment. 

Working principle of our hammer mill (hammer crusher)The motor drives the rotor of the hammer mill at high speed through the belt, and on the rotor there are many hammers. When the material get into the working area, they are crushed by the rotating hammers with high speed, then discharge the required size of the material from the outlet. The large size products which are blow expectation are brought back to the crushing area for being crushed again until they reached the required size.
